Hydraulic Machine
This series Hydraulic Machine applicable to all kinds of pressure vessel heads of cold and hot forming. Can also be used to pushing into drum shape,flanging ,leveling process of thick and thin steel plates.
This device can be used to manufacture bends of 1D-1.5D radius.
Two pushing method:core rode forming and steel ball push .core rode push is eqquiped with semi-automatic mechanical knockout.Machine is made up of body(frame),closing cylinder ,side cylinder, mold emptier.control mechanism is made up of power station,stopmeans,piping and electric control box, operational box.
Hydraulic Machine adopt the PLC automatic control,with speed cylinder,has pushing panel,convenient operation,high efficiency,safety,and advanced features.
